Day 2 - Free Press Releases - Single or multiple distribution services?

Do they all reach same people, do some reach more than others? Which ones do the types of journalists I want to reach use? If there are so many services then do journalists only focus on one or two, if so which ones? If they are free then they are bound to be abused and is it therefore the case that journalists dont follow these?
